Terms of Service

EzEval ("the Service") is a field quoting and job management tool for window cleaning and similar service businesses, operated by Roga Digital ("we", "us"), based in British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Subscriptions and pricing

During the early-access period the Service is provided free of charge. After early access ends, continued use requires a paid subscription at the then-current published price. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any charges begin, and you may cancel at any time before being billed. Prices may change with notice; promotional pricing is offered for a limited time and may end or be modified at our discretion.

3. Your data

You own the data you enter into the Service — your price sheets, customers, evaluations, and business records. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and back up that data solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or share your pricing with other businesses. You are responsible for the information you enter about your own customers, and for ensuring you have the right to collect and store it.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access another business's data or another user's account.
• Don't probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Don't use the Service to store unlawful content or to violate the rights of others.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or copy the Service except as we permit in writing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roga Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data first unless legally prevented.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
